Travel Zap

As a Sr. UX Designer, I worked full-time on a small product team from December 2023 to January 2025, building a group travel web application from the ground up.

I worked on UI/UX deliverables, including sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and a design system (in Figma), alongside a design team leader.

The project consisted of two major iterations, launched with the primary goal of achieving a product-market fit through an MVP web app.

Notes

‍The live site is still pending a design QA phase; however, you can review the Figma and Webflow prototypes below.

I also worked as an independent contractor for Destify and Travel Zap from October 2023 to December 2023, and from January 2025 to present.

I created user flows to get a "bird's eye view" of the path users will take to complete tasks and achieve their goals.
Sitemap
Sitemap
Creating a site map helped analyze the app from a "big picture" perspective to understand the relationship between pages.
Wireframes
Wireframes
Creating low-fidelity wireframes helped to gain a detailed and quick understanding of the structure of each page, as well as the interface elements on every page.
Prototypes
Prototypes
I created numerous high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate the design to stakeholders. Once prototypes were approved, I prepared all design files for development via Figma's Dev Mode.
